Please note: Packages over 2 kgs are subject to extra shipping charges

We use PostNord when shipping.

Types of shipments: Copenhagen Souvenir accepts both domestic and international orders.
Carrier: All shipments are carried out by PostNord
Date of shipment: Order is shipped the first business day after payment was received.
Lost package: Copenhagen Souvenir does not take responsibility for orders lost by Post Danmark.

Returns & Refunds

Warranty and refund: All items sold by Copenhagen Souvenir have two year limited warranty which does not include wear or damage resulting from use. Items can be returned to the Shop for a refund within this period if they are unused. To see the list of documents required for the refund, see ‘Additional documents required for refund and return’.
Exchanging a damaged/incorrect item: Order claimed to be

damaged or defective
missing or incorrect

can be returned to Copenhagen Souvenir for exchange within fourteen days after the delivery.

Privacy and security

Scope of contact details: In order to make online purchase at Copenhagen Souvenir you will be asked to provide the following contact details: recipient’s name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address.

Storing of transaction contact details: This information will only be used by Copenhagen Souvenir to complete order transaction. It will be encrypted and stored in the shop’s database for five years. During that period you can always log in and modify your personal information.
Saving website personal settings: You can save your personal settings on your PC using the ‘cookies’ in your browser. As these settings are stored by your browser, you can delete the settings at any time.
Newsletter: You may choose to sign up for a newsletter from Copenhagen Souvenir. This service is free of charge and can be cancelled by you whenever you want.
IP address: In order to avoid false orders, Copenhagen Souvenir Shop registers IP address that the order is sent from. False orders will be reported to the police.

Returns shall be made on the following address:

Return cost: Costs related to return of the order are bear by the customer.
Additional documents required for refund and return: In case of refund/return, Copenhagen Souvenir requires the following documents: copy of your order confirmation, bank account details, any additional correspondence with the Shop (if important).
Refund/Return time: If your refund/return claim will be positively processed, a refund/exchange can be expected within four weeks after returning your order.
Cancellation of order: Copenhagen Souvenir returns 100 per cent of order’s price shall the cancellation occur before the shipment. If the cancellation occurs within seven days after the order was shipped, the Shop returns 100 per cent of order’s price less the costs of shipment and reshipment. Order cancellation seven days and more after the shipment will not be accepted by the Shop.

Refund will be sent to the bank account provided by the customer within five business days after return was received by the Shop.
